Dirk Durnez - Director

Dirk Durnez is originally from Belgium . The creator of prominent structures synonymous with leisure sites such as Ratanga Junction in South Africa and the Forest for Dreamflight in Europe which was voted best themed attraction in the world in 1992, Dirk has been around the world at the request of Warner Bros, MGM Grand among others.

An edutainment and theming expert, Dirk has also been instrumental in the design and assembly of components of prestigious projects such as the Primosa Museum in Holland, a religious museum in Israel, the Space Museum in Belgium, the Public Aquariums of Madrid, La Rochelle Zoo in St Louis, Lille Zoo and Antwerp Zoo before conquering Asia in 1994 where he constructed a few effective edutainment projects in the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.

In South Africa Dirk has been monumental in:

• Decorating and theming construction projects such as Cape Grace Hotel and Canal Walk
• Assembling the Volkswagen - Audi history museum, designing a geology museum under Signatures Group Pty and
• Renovating a fisheries museum.
